- Sharing GlobalAccess over a network for simultaneous usage by multiple users on different devices.
- Violating the privacy rights or legal rights of users or third parties, including unauthorized data harvesting or monitoring of the Service.
- Removing or obscuring any proprietary notices associated with GlobalAccess.
- Using the Service for advertising, spamming, or any form of commercial communication.
- Posting offensive, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal content while using the Service.
- Using GlobalAccess's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
- Engaging in illegal activities or violating laws, including intellectual property rights and data protection laws, while using the Service.
- Using any part of the Service for unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes.
- We reserve the right to modify the app or charge for its services without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated transparently.
You are responsible for maintaining your device's security, and we advise against jailbreaking or rooting it, as this may compromise your device's security and the proper functioning of GlobalAccess.
Certain features of the app require an active internet connection, and we are not liable for connectivity issues or related charges. You are responsible for adhering to your mobile network provider's terms when using the app.
While we strive to keep the app updated and accurate, we rely on third-party information sources, and thus, we are not liable for any losses arising from your reliance on the app's information.
We may release updates for the app, and it is your responsibility to install them to continue using the app. We do not guarantee continuous updates and reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time without prior notice.
